What does Surface this do?
"Surface this" promotes something the assistant handled quietly into your Needs Attention band, making it a decision. It's a deliberate choice on your part — the assistant never auto-promotes handled work into the decision surface on its own.
You'll find it on rows in the EA Briefing. Use it when the assistant handled something but you'd rather treat it as something needing you. The reverse is also available: you can silence similar items so they stay in the quiet-handled record going forward.
