Lonzo Assistant is an AI executive assistant that works through your own Gmail and Calendar and surfaces just what needs you. It reads and classifies your inbox, renders your day as a single Agenda, and takes final actions in Gmail and Calendar — with you in control the whole way.

One plan is available today, the Agenda plan. On it, Lonzo makes sure you always know what needs you. A second plan, Assistant — the assistant acting and remembering for you — is coming soon.

Lonzo itself is in an invite-only beta and is not yet on Google Play, so nothing on this page can be subscribed to yet. The one price below is what the Agenda plan will cost when it opens; the Assistant plan has no published price yet. Join the waitlist and we'll get in touch when there is a build you can install.

Assistant

In development — not yet available to subscribe to. It will add the assistant acting and remembering for you:

  • AI reply drafting in your voice — review, edit, and send from Gmail
  • Handles your mail for you — archiving and filing without a tap
  • Appointments from your mail on your calendar — on by default, each one shown with an Undo, and switchable off in your settings
  • Blanks filled in on your contacts — a job title or company your mail states, added to a contact you already have; on by default and switchable off in your settings. A contact is never created and never deleted for you
  • Open-ended conversation with your assistant
  • History-grounded prioritization and "similar past items"
  • Cross-context prep briefs and obligation surfacing
  • Sync across all your devices — your Agenda, state, and history follow you

Coming soon

New accounts will start with a 14-day free trial

When the plan opens, your first 14 days of the Agenda plan will be free, converting to $4.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. It is the same plan during and after the trial, so nothing changes when it converts. Nobody can start a trial during the invite-only beta, because trials are billed through Google Play and Lonzo is not on Google Play yet.

How billing works

Lonzo Assistant is an Android app, and subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Manage or cancel any time from your Google Play subscriptions, on your phone or on the web.

The 14-day trial will collect a payment method up front and convert to the Agenda plan at $4.99/month unless you cancel before it ends. Full terms — pricing, renewal, trials, taxes, and cancellation — are in the Subscription & Billing Terms.

Which plan do I need?

When can I get the Assistant plan?

We have not announced a date. It is in development, and the plan is listed here so you can see where the product is going. Nothing about it can be purchased yet. See What will the Assistant plan add?.

What happens when the trial ends?

It converts to the Agenda plan at $4.99/month. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. See How does the trial work?.

Is there a free plan?

No. After the trial an unsubscribed account has no product access, though your data is retained rather than deleted, so re-subscribing restores it. See How do I cancel my subscription?.

How do I cancel?

Through Google Play, where the subscription is billed — cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the current period. Full steps.
