How do I talk to the assistant?
Reading your day and most requests work either way — through the app's on-screen controls or through plain-language conversation, typed or spoken. Use whichever fits the moment.
On the mobile app you can speak or type a request from the assistant panel — "move my 3pm to tomorrow," "remind me to send the contract Friday," "what needs me today?" Many of the same actions are also a tap on an Agenda card. A small set of one-touch actions live only on their cards — approving something Lonzo proposed, undoing an action, deleting or forwarding a message, pausing the assistant. Asked for one of those in conversation, Lonzo points you to the control rather than pressing it for you.
