Why didn't it draft, summarize, or scan something?
Some capabilities are on Lonzo Assistant only: reply drafting in your voice, open-ended conversation, reasoning over your history, and cross-thread insights. On Lonzo Agenda these appear as upgrade prompts.
Scanning itself happens while you have the app open, on both plans — opening Lonzo brings your Agenda up to date on the spot.
Classification, prioritization, and single-message summaries are on both plans — they are the floor of the product, not an upgrade. So if a draft or a cross-thread insight didn't appear, it's almost always because that capability is part of Lonzo Assistant rather than a failure. You can switch plans at any time. If something that is on your plan didn't appear, check that Google is still connected.
