Does it follow up before things lapse?
Yes. The assistant captures follow-ups from what you say and from the context of your email, and surfaces open ones before they lapse — so you don't have to prompt it for a status check.
This is a core part of being a delegate rather than a to-do list: it tracks what's outstanding and raises it at the right moment. Open follow-ups appear on your Agenda when they need attention.
