How do I sign in with Google?

Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in screen — in the app or in the browser — and pick your Google account. Google confirms who you are and brings you straight back, signed in. There is no password to remember, and nothing to set up first.

In the browser, Google opens in a new tab or window. Finish there, then return to the Lonzo tab: it signs you in on its own, without a reload. If the Google window never appeared, your browser probably blocked it — allow pop-ups for the site and choose Continue with Google again.

Signing in is not the same as connecting Google

These are two separate permissions, and the first does not imply the second. Signing in with Google only confirms who you are — it does not let Lonzo read your Gmail, your Calendar, or your Contacts. Working in your mail and calendar needs a second, explicit step — Connect Google, on the Connected tab in Account — where Google shows you exactly what you are granting. You can sign in with Google and never connect it.

If you signed in with Google, you have no password

An account created with Continue with Google has no Lonzo password, so there is nothing to reset — password reset will not send you a link, and we email you to explain rather than leaving you waiting. Keep using Continue with Google, or open Account, find Password and choose Create if you would rather have one. Adding a password does not remove Google sign-in; both keep working.
