How do I delete my account?
Request deletion at lonzo.ai/delete-account, or email support@lonzo.ai from the address on the account with the subject Delete my account. Deletion moves your account into a recoverable state for 7 days, after which your data is irreversibly destroyed; we complete deletion across our systems within 30 days.
Your Google data is untouched: we hold only caches, so deleting your account destroys those caches while your Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts in Google remain fully yours. During the 7-day window you can ask us to restore the account. If you only want to stop the assistant reading your mail and calendar, you don't need to delete anything — Account → Connected → Disconnect revokes the authorization and keeps your account.
