An action ran that I didn't expect
Open your Activity Log to see exactly what happened and when. Reversible actions can be reversed from there. If it was something you'd configured the assistant to handle, say "stop doing this" to disable it and reverse what can be reversed.
The assistant asks before anything sensitive or hard to undo, so an unexpected action is usually a routine, reversible one, or something running under a standing permission you granted earlier. The log shows which, and lets you tighten the permission going forward.
