What is Activity?
Activity is an append-only record of everything the assistant did on your behalf, grouped by day. Handling something quietly means not interrupting you — never hiding it. You can review the full record at any time.
Routine housekeeping is recorded but not pushed at you, to keep the view useful; View all activity, at the foot of the awareness band on your Agenda, always opens the complete record. From Activity you can review any action and reverse the reversible ones.
