How are Bars used?
A Bar measures the AI processing Lonzo does for you. Each AI action uses a small number of Bars, sized to the work it takes. Browsing the app, opening your Agenda, and reading the help use no Bars at all. Lonzo Basic includes 5 Bars for each billing period.
The figures below are typical, not fixed prices: a longer question, or one that looks through more of your mail, uses more, and a short one uses less.
| What you do | Typical Bars used |
|---|---|
| Browsing the app, opening your Agenda, reading help | none |
| A simple request Lonzo can carry out without writing an answer | none |
| A Lonzo Chat answer | about 0.01 to 0.02 Bar each |
| Lonzo sorting a new email into your Agenda | a small amount for each message |
Sorting your mail uses Bars for each new message, so a busier inbox uses more. A very busy inbox can use most or all of your 5 monthly Bars on sorting alone. When you have no Bars left, the account uses the free tier until Bars are available again; your subscription stays active and nothing is deleted.
If we ever increase the number of Bars an action uses, we treat it as a price change and tell you at least 30 days before it applies. A decrease applies when this page is updated. See the Subscription & Billing Terms.
