What is in the free tier?
Every signed-in account has the free tier. It needs no subscription and no card, it has no time limit, and it never uses Bars, because we pay for it.
What it includes. With the free tier you can:
- sign in and manage your account, including your connections and your settings;
- see what Lonzo Basic includes and subscribe when you're ready;
- read every help page; and
- ask Help & support a question, or write to support@lonzo.ai.
What it doesn't include. Lonzo Chat answers, Agenda, any use of your Google data, and drafting all need Lonzo Basic.
Who has it. An account that has never subscribed, an account whose Lonzo Basic subscription has ended, and a subscriber who has no Bars left to spend. Running out of Bars is never a cancellation: your subscription stays active, the account uses the free tier until Bars are available again, and nothing is deleted.
It can change. This page is where the free tier is defined, and we may change what it includes at any time by updating it, because it costs you nothing. A change that reduces what Lonzo Basic includes is different, and gets notice. See the Subscription & Billing Terms.
