What can I do in Manage plan?
Manage plan isn't available online. Write to support@lonzo.ai and we'll do any of these for you. Lonzo Basic is bought in Lonzo on the web.
- Update your card, for example after a failed payment.
- Get an invoice or a receipt, for the subscription or for Bars you bought.
- Cancel Lonzo Basic. You keep your access to the end of the month you've paid for.
Your plan, your monthly Bars and the Bars you can add are shown on the Plans page in Lonzo itself. Refunds are a separate request: see Can I get a refund?.
