How do I add Bars?
Once subscriptions open, subscribers can add Bars in Lonzo at $1.00 per Bar, plus tax: on the Plans page in Lonzo on the web, under Top up Bars, choose an amount, tick the box confirming you are 18 or older, and pay on the secure checkout page. The amounts are $5.00, $10.00, $25.00 and $50.00, and $10.00 plus tax adds 10 Bars. Bars you buy never expire, and they are spent after your monthly Bars.
- Subscribers only. Buying Bars needs an active Lonzo Basic subscription, and you must be 18 or older, which you confirm with a required box before each purchase.
- Limits. One purchase can be at most $500.00, and an account can hold at most 2,000 bought Bars at a time.
- A receipt is emailed to you for every purchase.
- Non-refundable, except that the Bars you bought and haven't used are refunded if your account is closed.
Automatic reload is coming later. When it is available you will be able to choose a level and an amount for Lonzo to top up your Bars, with a monthly limit you set; it is not available yet, and nothing reloads on its own today.
