What's your anti-spam policy?
Lonzo must not be used to send unsolicited bulk or abusive messages. Because the assistant acts through your own account, outbound email follows anti-spam law (including CAN-SPAM), and it won't contact people outside the service without permission.
Email is the only channel it sends on — Lonzo sends no SMS or text messages, so no text-message opt-out keywords apply to it today.
The assistant also won't draft or send to unengaged incoming mail without your instruction. The full rules — including opt-out handling and calendar-notification limits — are in the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy.
