Which Bars are spent first?
Your 5 monthly Bars are spent first, then any Bars you received free of charge, and the Bars you bought last, oldest first. That order uses up the Bars that would expire before the ones that never do, and it keeps as much of what you paid for as possible on your account.
- Monthly Bars first. The 5 Bars included with Lonzo Basic expire at the end of the month, so they always go first.
- Free Bars next. Bars we gave you free of charge, other than your monthly Bars, are used before any you bought.
- Bought Bars last, oldest first. Bars you bought never expire and are used only when no other Bars remain, starting with your earliest purchase.
Because bought Bars go last, closing your account refunds as many of them as possible.
