What are Bars?
Bars are how Lonzo counts its AI work. Each AI action — a Lonzo Chat answer, Agenda sorting a new message, a summary — uses a small number of Bars, and your account shows how many you have left. Browsing the app, opening your Agenda and reading the help use none.
There are two kinds:
- Monthly Bars. Lonzo Basic includes 5 Bars every month. They arrive at the start of each billing month, they are spent first, and any left at the end of the month expire — they don't carry over.
- Bars you buy. Subscribers can add Bars at $1.00 per Bar, plus tax, starting at $5.00. Bars you buy never expire. They are spent after your monthly Bars.
What a Bar is not. A Bar is a measure of service use. It is not money, credit or a deposit, it has no cash value except where the law requires, and it can't be transferred to another account. If you close your account, the Bars you bought and haven't used are refunded. We won't change the value of Bars you already hold.
If your monthly Bars don't arrive. If a new month has started and your 5 Bars haven't been added, that's ours to fix, and there is nothing to buy to put it right. Write to support@lonzo.ai or use Help & support in Lonzo, and a person will add them.
